The short wooden ring mandrel is a compact jewellery tool shaped like a cone, onto which a ring is placed and remains securely supported while working. It is made from natural wood in a light shade and measures only 12 cm. The cone tapers smoothly from a wider base to the tip, allowing rings of various diameters to fit onto it. Due to its small length, it fits into any toolbox and is also suitable for smaller workbenches. You will find it useful for home jewellery repairs as well as for making your own jewellery.
The diameter of the cone starts at 10 mm at the tip and reaches 23 mm at the wider base. The ring is slid on as far as it will go, and then it can be carefully straightened or rounded with gentle taps from a soft-headed hammer. A bent or deformed ring can thus regain its regular circular shape. The cone does not have a marked size scale; it is intended for shaping and straightening rings, not for measuring them. The wide flat base allows the cone to be placed on the table with the tip facing upwards. In this position, the ring has a firm support, and both hands remain free for work, which is especially appreciated with small and thin rings that are difficult to hold between fingers.

When working, hold the cone firmly in your hand or rest the base on a stable surface and gradually move the ring. Use light taps with the hammer and distribute them evenly around the entire circumference of the ring to change its shape smoothly. The hammer is not included in the package. After use, wipe the cone with a dry cloth and store it in a dry place away from heat and moisture sources to keep the wood smooth.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
