The Shokz OpenDots ONE E310 wireless headphones are worn as a clip on the outer ear, so nothing is inserted into the ear canal and your ears remain free. The open design allows you to listen to music, podcasts, or phone calls while still being aware of your surroundings. Each headphone weighs just 6.5 g, making them almost unnoticeable even during all-day wear. The flexible titanium arc with a soft silicone surface adapts to the shape of your ear and stays securely in place while walking, running, or exercising. These headphones are suitable for sports, work, travel, and everyday listening.
The sound is supported by Dolby Audio technology, which you can activate in the Shokz app for a more spacious and fuller sound. The directional sound transmission targets directly into the ear, so you primarily hear the music. Control is touch-sensitive, allowing you to manage music playback and phone calls with a light tap of your finger. Store the headphones in the charging case after use, where they will also charge and be protected from damage. The case can be charged via a USB-C cable or placed on a wireless charger. The IP54 rating protects the headphones from sweat and splashes of water, but do not submerge them in water. The silicone surface can be wiped occasionally with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. The Shokz app allows you to set the equaliser, activate Dolby Audio, and connect the headphones to two devices simultaneously, such as a phone and a tablet.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
