The SHAHE 5140 digital calliper with a range of 0 to 300 mm is designed for measuring large workpieces, pipes, profiles and sheets, which shorter callipers cannot handle. The measured value is displayed on a large LCD screen with green backlighting, which makes reading easier even in low light, and it automatically turns off after 10 seconds. The display shows the result with a resolution of 0.01 mm and with one button you can switch units between millimetres and inches. The long main scale, body and jaws are made of stainless steel, and the display unit has a metal cover. Position detection is handled by a capacitive sensor with a glass measuring grid.
The calliper can perform four types of measurements: external diameter, internal diameter, depth and step. It is useful for engineering and locksmith workshops, builders, carpenters and DIY enthusiasts who need to quickly determine the thickness, width or diameter of larger parts. The ZERO button allows you to reset the reading at any position of the jaws, so you can easily measure the difference between two dimensions. You can secure the slider with a locking screw to ensure that the measured value does not change when removing it from the workpiece, and you can fine-tune it up to the measured surface with the inch wheel.

Insert the CR2032 battery into the compartment on the underside of the display unit. With a long calliper, ensure that the scale is not bent during use or storage, and do not place it on the edge of a table. After use, clean it of chips and dirt, wipe it dry and store it in the plastic case. During longer breaks, turn off the display with the ON button. Before each measurement, close the jaws and verify that the display shows zero, or reset it with the ZERO button.
The SHAHE 5140 with a range of 300 mm is a practical measuring tool for large dimensions, while maintaining a resolution to the hundredth of a millimetre. It offers a construction of stainless steel, a well-readable display with green backlighting and simple operation with three buttons. It is suitable for workshops, construction sites and machine maintenance. The backlighting can be turned on with the LIGHT button only when needed, and otherwise the calliper operates without it. The package includes a plastic case for safe storage and transport.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
