The SHAHE 5140 digital calliper with a range of 0 to 200 mm is designed for anyone needing to measure larger parts than a standard fifteen can handle. The result is displayed on a large LCD screen with green backlighting, which improves readability in poorly lit workshops and automatically turns off after 10 seconds. The resolution of the calliper is 0.01 mm and the units can be switched from millimetres to inches at any time using a button. The main scale, body, and jaws are made of stainless steel, and the display section is protected by a metal cover. Measurement is ensured by a capacitive sensor with a glass measuring grid.
The calliper offers four measurement modes: external diameter, internal diameter, depth, and seating. The longer range is appreciated by locksmiths, machinists, carpenters, model makers, and DIY enthusiasts working with pipes, profiles, boards, or larger workpieces. The position of the jaws is detected by a glass measuring grid, which ensures that the values on the display are stable and well-repeatable. The ZERO button allows you to reset the display at any position and measure the difference between two dimensions without counting. The locking screw secures the jaws in the set position, and the inch wheel allows you to move the slider smoothly and precisely.

Before first use, insert the CR2032 battery into the compartment on the underside of the display unit. After use, clean the calliper of chips, dust, and oil, wipe it dry, and store it in the plastic case, which protects it from impacts and scratches. Do not leave it in damp conditions for extended periods, and during longer breaks, turn off the display using the ON button to prolong battery life. Before measuring, close the jaws and check that the display shows zero.
The SHAHE 5140 with a range of 200 mm is a suitable choice where 150 mm is insufficient and 300 mm would be unnecessarily long. It combines a durable construction of stainless steel, a green backlit display, and simple operation with three buttons. It reliably serves in the workshop, during machine maintenance, and in home projects. The supplied plastic case makes storage and transport between work sites easier. The backlighting is activated by the LIGHT button, so it is only used when truly needed during work.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
