SHAHE 5113-200B Digital Depth Gauge with Double Hook 0–200 mm Resolution 0.01 mm Accuracy ±0.03 mm Stainless Steel Bar LCD Case Workshop

The SHAHE 5113-200B digital depth gauge with a measuring range of 0 to 200 mm is designed for more demanding depth measurements and internal shapes. The end of its stainless steel bar features a double hook that extends on both sides of the bar, allowing it to capture the lower edge of the measurement, groove, or fitting on both the left and right. The cross base, measuring 100 mm in length, holds the bar perpendicular to the measured surface. The measured value is displayed on an LCD screen with a resolution of 0.01 mm, and with the press of a button, it can be switched to inches. Both the body and bar are made of stainless steel.

The longer bar compared to the 150 mm version reaches deeper holes and is suitable for checking turned and milled parts, in the tool shop, and during machine maintenance. The manufacturer specifies an accuracy of ±0.03 mm for the 200 mm length. The movement of the bar is detected by a capacitive sensor with a glass measuring grid. The ZERO button allows you to reset the display at any position and measure the difference between two levels without recalculating. The locking screw secures the bar in the measured position, and the inch wheel is used for fine adjustments. Under the cover on the top of the display unit is a data connector.

You insert the CR2032 battery under the rotating cover on the front of the display unit. Before measuring, wipe the base and both hooks to ensure that chips or oil residues do not affect the result. Protect the hooks from falling and bending, as their shape affects accuracy. After use, turn off the gauge, clean it with a dry cloth, and store it in a case in a dry place away from strong magnetic fields. If the depth gauge is not used for an extended period, remove the battery.

The SHAHE 5113-200B combines a range of 200 mm with hooks on both sides of the bar, allowing it to measure internal dimensions that a standard depth gauge cannot. The bar made of stainless steel, the base length of 100 mm, and the readable display ensure quick and repeatable measurements. Zeroing and locking facilitate serial inspection of parts. The plastic case protects the gauge during storage and transport between workplaces.
