The SHAHE 5113-150B digital depth gauge with a range of 0 to 150 mm features a stainless steel measuring bar ending in a double hook that extends on both sides of the bar. The hooks can be caught behind the lower edge of a groove, notch, or fitting regardless of which side of the bar the edge is located. The base, measuring 100 mm, spans across the measured hole and holds the bar perpendicular to the surface. The result is displayed on an LCD screen with a resolution of 0.01 mm, and with the press of a button, it can be switched to inches. Both the body and the measuring bar are made of stainless steel.
The design with two hooks is appreciated by machinists, toolmakers, and maintenance workers when checking internal notches, grooves, and fittings in holes. The manufacturer states an accuracy of ±0.02 mm for the length of 150 mm. The position of the bar is detected by a capacitive sensor with a glass measuring grid. The ZERO button allows you to reset the display at any position and measure the direct difference between two levels. The locking screw secures the bar in the measured position, and the inch wheel allows for fine adjustments. Under the cover on the top side of the display unit is a data connector.

Insert the CR2032 battery into the compartment under the rotating cover on the front of the display. Before measuring, clean the contact surface of the base and both hooks to prevent dirt or oil from distorting the result. Protect the hooks from impact and bending, as the accuracy of the measurement depends on their shape, and after deformation, the gauge would show incorrect values. After use, turn off the depth gauge, wipe it with a dry cloth, and store it in the plastic case away from moisture and strong magnetic fields. For long-term storage, remove the battery.
The SHAHE 5113-150B expands the classic digital depth gauge with a double hook, allowing you to measure internal shapes on both sides of the bar. The stainless steel bar, stable base of 100 mm, and clear display ensure quick and repeatable measurements. Zeroing and locking facilitate the inspection of a series of parts. The plastic case protects the gauge during storage and transport.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
