The SHAHE 5110 Digital Calliper with a range of 0 to 200 mm is ideal for situations where a standard calliper of 150 mm is insufficient, allowing for measurement of longer components, profiles, or sheets. The value is displayed on a clear LCD screen with a resolution of 0.01 mm, and with the press of a button, you can switch between millimetres and inches. The ruler, jaws, and depth gauge are made of stainless steel, while the electronics casing is plastic. The external jaws, measuring 50 mm, can accommodate wider workpieces. The total length of the calliper is 287 mm.

Position detection is ensured by a glass measuring grid, and the manufacturer states an accuracy of ±0.03 mm for this length. The ZERO button allows you to reset the display at any position of the jaws, making it easy to compare the dimensions of several pieces against one another. The metal wheel beneath the display is used for fine adjustment with your thumb, and the metal locking screw secures the jaw when transferring the measured dimension. The electronics are rated IP54 against dust and splashing water, and on the top side of the body, you will find a data output connector.

After use, turn off the calliper and return it to the plastic case, where it is protected from drops, impacts, and dust. Keep the jaws and ruler clean; chips and grease can be wiped off with a dry cloth. The battery is inserted under the plastic cover on the front of the electronics casing, which opens by twisting. If the calliper is not used for an extended period, it is advisable to remove the battery. Before each measurement, ensure that the display shows zero when the jaws are closed, and if necessary, reset it using the ZERO button. Do not use the calliper as a hammer or lever, as the jaws may become damaged.
