The SHAHE 5110 Digital Caliper with a range of 0 to 150 mm is a reliable assistant for anyone needing to quickly and accurately measure small components in the workshop, at a machine tool, or during home repairs. The measured value is displayed on a clear LCD screen with a resolution of 0.01 mm, eliminating the tedious task of reading from a vernier scale. The main ruler, external and internal jaws, and depth measuring tongue are made of stainless steel, while the electronics housing is plastic. The caliper can handle external and internal dimensions, the depth of holes, and the height of seating. The total length of the caliper is 235 mm, and the external jaws measure 40 mm in length.

The position of the sliding part is detected using a glass measuring grid, and the manufacturer claims an accuracy of ±0.02 mm. With one button, you can switch the display between millimetres and inches, and the ZERO button allows you to set the zero point at any position of the jaws, making it easier to perform comparative measurements of multiple pieces. The metal wheel under the display allows for fine adjustment with your thumb, and the metal locking screw secures the jaws in the set position. The electronics are protected with an IP54 rating against dust and splashing water. On the top side of the body, there is a data output connector.

After use, turn off the caliper with the ON/OFF button and store it in the plastic case, which protects the jaws and display from impacts and dust. The measuring surfaces of the jaws only need to be wiped with a dry cloth after use to prevent chips and dirt from accumulating. The battery is inserted under the plastic cover on the front of the housing, which opens by turning.

The SHAHE 5110 Digital Caliper combines a stainless steel construction, a readable display, and simple operation into a tool suitable for engineering, locksmithing, carpentry workshops, car repairs, or modelling.
