The set of removable zip sliders is a practical solution for times when the slider on a jacket, backpack, or bag is damaged, loosened, or completely lost. The package contains 6 replacement sliders in three sizes, so you have the right piece on hand for both narrow and wide zips. Each slider is fitted directly onto the teeth of the zip and secured with a screw and nut, so no needle, thread, or sewing machine is required for repairs. The body of the slider is made of durable nylon, and the screw and nut are metal. The pull tab consists of a nylon cord with a non-slip handle, making it easy to pull the zip comfortably.
Select the size based on the width of the closed zip or the internal width of the original slider. Size S is designed for zips with a tooth width of 3 to 4.5 mm, typically for wallets, cushions, skirts, bedding, or mosquito nets. Size M fits zips with a width of 5 to 7.9 mm, which you will find on coats, backpacks, tents, sleeping bags, suitcases, and shoes. Size L is for zips that are 8 to 10 mm wide, such as those on large hiking backpacks, tents, wetsuits, large luggage, or boat sails.

You can install it in just a few minutes. First, thread the cord through the hole in the head of the slider and tighten it. Then loosen the screw, place the head onto the zip so that it aligns with the centre line of the teeth, and tighten the screw again. Finally, pull the cord and the zip will start to connect. The slider can be loosened and removed at any time, allowing you to move it to another piece of clothing or equipment.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
