A large set of removable zip sliders is designed for anyone who wants to have a supply of parts for quick repairs on hand. It contains 24 replacement sliders, with eight pieces in sizes S, M and L. The slider is fitted onto the teeth of the zip and secured with a screw and nut, allowing for repairs without sewing or unpicking the old zip. The body of the slider is made from nylon, while the screw and nut are made from metal. Each piece includes a pull tab made from durable nylon cord with a non-slip handle.
You can determine the correct size by measuring the width of the closed zip or the inner width of the original slider. Size S is for narrow zips with tooth widths of 3 to 4.5 mm, for example, on wallets, cushions, skirts, bedding and mosquito nets. Size M is for medium-width zips of 5 to 7.9 mm for coats, backpacks, tents, sleeping bags, luggage and shoes. Size L is suitable for wide zips of 8 to 10 mm, such as those found on large climbing backpacks, tents, wetsuits, large luggage or boat sails. The dimensions of the slider are 8 x 24 mm for size S, 10 x 25 mm for size M and 12 x 26 mm for size L.

For installation, first thread the cord through the hole in the head of the slider and tighten it. Then loosen the screw, place the head onto the zip so that it sits on the centre line of the teeth, and tighten the screw. By pulling the cord, you connect the zip. The slider is removable, so after loosening the screw, you can easily take it off and use it elsewhere.
The set with twenty-four sliders is suitable for households with multiple members, for holiday homes, workshops, and camping gear. With eight pieces of each size, you have a reserve for clothing, bags, luggage and tents. The slider holds on the zip using a metal screw and can be repeatedly fitted and removed. How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
