The set of two square NFC cards for Google reviews includes one card in white with a blue top stripe and one card in black. You can choose the colour that better matches your interior, or use both cards in different locations of your establishment. Each card measures 10 x 10 cm and features the Google logo, five stars, and instructions for tapping the phone or scanning the code on the front. Inside is a rewritable NTAG215 chip with a frequency of 13.56 MHz. Customers can use the card to open a link that you set up, typically a page for writing a review.
The white card with a blue stripe stands out on a dark counter, while the black card looks elegant in stylish cafes, bars, or salons. Both cards have a thickness of only 1.5 mm. You can write the link into the chip using the NFC Tools app, which is available for both iPhone and Android. You activate the QR code after registering on the manufacturer's website by entering the code printed under the QR code, and you can change the target address at any time later.

Place the cards on a table, lean them against the cash register, or position them at the reception where customers can easily see them. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
