The set includes 2 front lens caps from K&F Concept for lenses with a thread diameter of 49 mm. Each cap protects the front lens from dust, fingerprints, and scratches during transport and storage of the camera in a bag. They are applied and removed by pressing two grips in the centre, making them easy to use even when a lens hood is attached to the lens. Each cap comes with its own orange loss prevention string, so the package includes 2 complete sets. The set is suitable for two lenses with the same thread diameter or as a replacement in case one cap is lost.
The manufacturer has used a springless design for the cap. Instead of a metal spring that weakens over time, the cap is held in place by flexible plastic grips that retract when the centre is pressed and return when released. This design reduces issues with aging and mechanism failure. On the edge of the cap, there is a hole for attaching the string, which can then be secured to the lens or camera. Thus, the cap will hang by the lens when removed, allowing you to continue shooting immediately without having to put it down or search through your pockets.

You can easily determine the correct size. The thread diameter is usually indicated on the front of the lens or on its side next to the symbol Φ, or on the original cap. This set is intended for a value of 49 mm. The cap is directly applied to the thread on the front of the lens, just like a filter or a threaded lens hood. Before applying, it is advisable to wipe the edge of the lens to remove dust, and then store the cap in such a way that no dirt gets onto its inner side. You can remove the string at any time if you do not need it. The cap should be wiped occasionally with a dry or slightly damp cloth to prevent dust from transferring to the lens.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
