When splitting, proceed in small pieces and gradually remove the wood to ensure a natural result. First, score the bark when creating jin and then strip it with the pliers. Finished dead wood should be treated with a product designed for jin and shari after drying, which protects and lightens it. Do not use the trunk splitter on wire or stones to avoid damaging the blade. Before working on another tree, wipe the jaws to prevent dirt from transferring between plants.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
