First, shorten the thicker branch and then remove the rest with the concave cutters close to the trunk. When splitting a stump, proceed in small pieces to achieve a natural result. After use, wipe the tools clean of sap and sawdust, dry them, and store them in a dry place. You can occasionally lubricate the joints with a drop of oil. Do not use the cutters on wire, stones, or other hard materials to avoid damaging the blades. Larger cuts should be treated with tree balm to protect the wood from drying out. Before working on another sapling, wipe the jaws to prevent the transfer of dirt between plants.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
