Narrow self-adhesive tape in a roll measuring 5 x 100 cm is designed to protect the soles and heels of footwear. It is made from EVA material and features a dense non-slip pattern on the surface, which ensures that shoes grip more securely on smooth floors, tiles, or wet pavements. The 5 cm width is particularly suitable for the heels of women's court shoes, ankle boots, and dress shoes, where the area is small and you need an exact shape. Simply measure, cut, and stick the tape directly onto the clean sole. One roll is sufficient for repeated applications on several pairs of shoes.
The underside is equipped with a self-adhesive layer protected by a white backing film, so no glue or tools are needed for application. The protective layer helps reduce wear on the original sole, dampens the sound of heels while walking, and simultaneously improves grip on the surface. The narrower format is practical even in situations where a wider tape would overhang the edge of the heel.
The tape is suitable for new shoes, where you want to protect the smooth sole from the outset, as well as for footwear that already shows signs of wear. Before applying, clean the sole of dust and grease and allow it to dry thoroughly. You can first trace the shape onto paper, place the template on the tape, and cut it out with scissors. After removing the backing film, press the tape firmly and keep it weighted for a while to ensure good adhesion. It is advisable to cut the tape slightly smaller than the outline of the sole to prevent the edges from overhanging. Store any unused portion of the roll in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, and do not remove the backing film until the next use.
The 5 cm wide sole tape is a simple way to extend the life of your favourite footwear without visiting a cobbler. Thanks to the non-slip pattern, walking on slippery surfaces is more secure, and the heels are quieter with every step. You can shape it with regular scissors as needed. It is suitable for both women's and men's footwear with a smaller contact area. The 100 cm long roll offers plenty of material for multiple adjustments.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
