The running hydration vest in its most complete form combines a hydration bladder on the back and bottles on the chest. In the package, you will receive the vest, 1.5 L water bladder with hose and mouthpiece, and 2 soft 250 ml bottles. The bladder is placed in the main pocket on the back of the vest, and the bottles fit into pockets on the shoulder straps. The vest is made from breathable polyester with honeycomb mesh, ensuring that your back does not sweat excessively. This set is suitable for trail running, marathons, cycling, and hiking, and thanks to its unisex design, it fits both men and women.

The water bladder measures 36 x 17.5 cm and is secured in the pocket with a Velcro strap, preventing it from shifting while running. The hose is routed through an opening at the shoulder strap and secured with clips, keeping the mouthpiece conveniently at your mouth. The smaller 250 ml bottles are made from BPA-free TPU, feature a silicone mouthpiece with a protective cap, and can be drunk from with a simple squeeze. After drinking, they can be rolled up and take up minimal space in the pocket. You can fill the bottles with an electrolyte drink and the bladder with plain water.

Before first use, rinse the bladder and bottles with clean water. Fill the bladder, place it in the main pocket, and secure it with the Velcro strap, threading the hose through the outlet and attaching it to the strap. Insert the bottles into the chest pockets and secure them with the drawstring. After training, empty the bladder and bottles, rinse them, and leave them open to dry, hanging the vest by the loop in the air.

The set with the bladder and two bottles is suitable for long runs, trail races, and all-day hikes when you want to have enough hydration and a separate drink. You can drink without stopping from the hose or the bottles, keeping your hands free. The bladder is stored on your back close to your body, and the bottles are on your chest, distributing the weight evenly. The vest measures 39 x 20 cm and stays stable even at a fast pace thanks to the chest strap and waist buckle.
