If your ring spins or slips off your finger, you don't need to have it resized by a jeweller right away. This set includes 8 silicone inserts labelled with letters A to H, which fit onto the inner bottom part of the band to reduce its inner diameter. The inserts have wavy edges and flat ventilation holes, distinguishing them from standard solid inserts. They are transparent, so they do not appear intrusive when worn, allowing the ring to maintain its original appearance. Each insert is curved to match the shape of the bottom of the band.

The individual sizes vary in width, so you can easily choose the one that corresponds to the width of your ring's band. The narrowest insert A measures 4.1 mm, the widest insert H has a width of 11.5 mm, with six additional sizes in between that increase in width. Each insert has the size letter embossed on it, so the individual pieces do not get mixed up, and you know which one you have already tried. The inserts are made from flexible silicone that adapts to the curvature of the band. You can fit them without tools, without glue, and without any alteration to the ring, and when you no longer need an insert, you can simply remove it.

Before fitting, check the width of the band at the bottom of the ring and choose an insert that is equally wide or slightly narrower. Place the insert on the inner side of the band and press it to wrap around the bottom of the ring. If the ring still fits loosely, try a different size or adjust the insert to sit precisely at the bottom. Keep the inserts clean by wiping them with a damp cloth and store unused pieces in one place to avoid losing them.
