The moving blade is a spare part for electric garden shears with a maximum cutting diameter of 30 mm. This is the upper, moving blade that rests against the fixed lower blade during cutting and performs the actual cut. This part wears out the most during use, so it is worthwhile to keep it in stock. The blade is made of SK5 steel, which is carbon tool steel used for the cutting edges of garden tools designed for regular work with wood. You can replace the blade with standard tools according to the instructions for your shears. Always remove the battery before replacement and handle the blade carefully, as the edge is very sharp.
