Replacement cutting heads TC-10 are designed for oil glass cutters with a narrow interchangeable head. The package contains 2 separate heads, so you have one in reserve when the first becomes dull. Each head features a cutting wheel made of tungsten carbide, which lasts through extensive use and creates a clean and even score. The metal body of the head is equipped with a screw that securely fastens the head in the handle of the cutter. Replacement is quick and can be done without special tools. When replacing, loosen the screw, remove the worn head from the handle, insert the new one, and tighten the screw again. Before the first cut, allow the oil from the cutter's reservoir to flow to the wheel to ensure even lubrication. Cut with one smooth motion applying constant pressure, and do not repeat the same score. Store the replacement head in a dry place and protect the cutting wheel from impacts. After use, wipe both the head and handle to remove any residual oil and glass dust to prevent dirt from getting into the wheel bearing.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
