A small removable zip slider will help when the original slider is damaged or lost on a narrow zip. The package contains 2 identical sliders in size S, designed for fine zips. The slider is placed directly onto the teeth of the zip and secured with a screw and nut, so no needle, thread or sewing machine is required for the repair. The body is made of nylon, while the screw and nut are metal. Each slider has a pull tab made of nylon cord with a non-slip handle.
Size S is designed for zips No. 3 with a tooth width of 3 to 4.5 mm. Such zips are used, for example, on wallets, cushions, skirts, bedding or mosquito nets. The width of the zip is measured on the closed part of the zip, or you can measure the inner width of the original slider. The slider itself measures 8 x 24 mm, so it does not look out of place on a narrow zip. It is advisable to check the width of the zip before purchasing, as the size S slider is only intended for narrow zips and does not fit wider zips on jackets, backpacks or tents. The small size is appreciated for items where a large slider would be intrusive, such as on a cushion on a sofa, a cosmetic pouch or a ladies' wallet.

Installation can be completed in no time. Thread the pull tab cord through the hole in the slider head and tighten it. Loosen the screw, place the slider head onto the zip so that it is aligned with the centre line of the teeth, and tighten the screw again. Then pull the cord and the zip will begin to join. If you need the slider elsewhere, simply loosen the screw and remove it. Tighten the screw carefully so that the slider holds firmly on the zip, but at the same time moves smoothly along the teeth. If the zip catches after installation, slightly loosen the screw and adjust the position of the slider head on the centre line of the teeth.
A pair of small sliders is handy in a sewing box or travel bag in case the zip on a wallet, cushion or skirt stops working. Size S with dimensions 8 x 24 mm is specifically designed for narrow zips. The slider holds securely thanks to the screw and nut and can be repeatedly fitted and removed. The black finish is discreet and matches most materials. Repairing the zip only takes a few minutes and does not require sewing.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
