The reflective paracord rope, measuring 5 m, combines the strength of traditional 550 rope with reflective fibres that glimmer at night when illuminated by a headlamp, torch, or car headlights. The rope has a diameter of 4 mm and is suitable for any situation where you need to tie, tension, or secure something. Thanks to the reflective sheath, you can easily locate your tent's guy lines even after dark, and they are more visible when walking through the campsite at night. The five-metre piece is lightweight, fits into the pocket of a jacket or a first aid kit when coiled, and is perfect for smaller ties, loops, and minor repairs on the go. Paracord is appreciated by campers, anglers, scouts, cabin owners, and anyone who enjoys crafting bracelets and other small items.
Inside the rope are 7 inner strands, covered by a braided sheath made of 32 fibres with woven reflective elements. The construction meets the paracord 550 standard, which allows the rope to bear a load of up to 550 lb, approximately 249 kg. The sheath is smooth, maintains a round shape, and is easy to work with when knotting, tying, or weaving. The rope is supplied coiled in a neat bundle from which you can measure the required length.
- Type – reflective paracord rope 550
- Length – 5 m
- Diameter – 4 mm
- Core – 7 inner strands
- Sheath – braided from 32 fibres with reflective elements
- Maximum Load – 550 lb (approximately 249 kg)
- Usage – camping, securing tents and tarps, hiking, clothesline, making bracelets and keychains
- Package Contents – 1 bundle of reflective paracord rope measuring 5 m
A length of 5 m is ideal for shorter ties, a loop for a knife, keys, or a torch, a spare anchor rope for a tent, or for weaving a bracelet or keychain. If you need more pieces, you can easily cut the rope into shorter lengths as needed. It is advisable to seal the ends of the rope with a lighter flame after cutting to prevent fraying of the sheath. After use in damp conditions, allow the rope to dry freely and store it coiled in a dry place. The rope is not intended for securing individuals or for climbing.
Reflective Paracord 550 is a practical assistant for trips, camping, at the cabin, and in the workshop. It combines reflective sheath for better visibility in the dark with a load capacity of up to 550 lb and a sturdy core of seven strands. The compact length of 5 m makes it a sensible supply for any backpack, car, or emergency kit. The rope is flexible, holds knots well, and is useful for building camps, repairing gear, and creating your own accessories. It is a reliable choice for anyone who wants to have a quality rope on hand that is visible even after dark.
