The watch is not water-resistant, and therefore should not come into contact with water or rain, and it is advisable to protect it from steam in the bathroom. Clean the case and glass with the motif only with a dry soft cloth without detergents or solvents. When not worn, store it in a box or pouch where it will be safe from scratches and falls. Store the necklace untangled next to the watch to prevent it from knotting and ensure it can be easily put on.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
