Plastic valve caps for tyres are a small but useful accessory that protects the valve from dirt and helps keep it in good condition. Before fitting, simply wipe the valve clean of dust and tighten the cap by hand with care, without excessive force. When checking the pressure or inflating the tyre, you can easily unscrew it and return it to its place once finished. Dirty caps can be wiped with a damp cloth. It is recommended to fit a cap on every valve, as an open valve can easily become clogged with sand or mud from the road. During each regular tyre check, it is worthwhile to also check that all caps are in place.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
