Insert the stretcher into the shoe preferably right after removing it, while the material is still warm and pliable. First, insert the shell all the way to the toe, then bend the spring and rest the end against the heel. Before insertion, it is advisable to clean the footwear of dirt and allow it to dry if it is damp. The stretchers only need to be wiped occasionally with a damp cloth; neither the plastic nor the spring requires any special maintenance. They are also suitable for travel, as they are lightweight and take up little space in a suitcase.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
