Insert the stretcher into the shoe preferably immediately after removing them, while the material is still warm and pliable. First, insert the shell all the way to the toe, then bend the spring and rest the end against the heel. - We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
