The plasma ball with a diameter of 12.5 cm offers a striking light effect that instantly draws attention on a table, dresser, or bookshelf. When touching the ball, keep your hand in motion and do not hold it in one place for too long to prevent the glass from overheating unnecessarily. Place the lamp on a flat and stable surface away from the edge of the table. Wipe the glass with a dry soft cloth as needed, always after disconnecting the power cable from the socket. If you do not use the lamp for an extended period, unplug the cable from the socket and store it in a dry place where the glass ball will not be damaged.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
