Before first use, rinse the bulb and fill it with clean water to about two-thirds of its volume. Insert the cutting neck first so that the bottom end of the stem is submerged and the leaves remain above the water level. Change the water as needed to keep it clean, and simply pull the bulb out of the frame when changing it. Wipe the wooden frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth and protect it from prolonged contact with water. Once the cutting has developed sufficiently strong roots, you can transplant it into a pot with substrate and place another in the bulb.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
