Fill each bulb with clean water to a height that submerges the bottom part of the cutting, and regularly top up or change the water. Clean the glass with lukewarm soapy water, and wipe the wooden frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth. How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
