The pH 4.00 calibration solution is used for calibrating pH meters and for regular accuracy checks of their measurements. The buffer solution is supplied in a volume of 50 ml in a plastic bottle with a white screw cap, which is easy to store and transport. The red colour of the solution makes it easy to distinguish from buffers with other pH values when calibrating at multiple points. The solution is ready to use immediately and does not require dilution, allowing for quick calibration without any additional preparation. It is applicable wherever accurate pH measurement is crucial, such as in aquaristics, hydroponics, swimming pool maintenance, laboratories, or home water testing.
