The pH 7.00 calibration solution is designed for the precise calibration of digital pH meters and pH electrodes, which need to regularly verify the accuracy of measured values. The buffer solution is pre-mixed to an exact value of pH 7.00 at a temperature of 25 °C, so it is ready for immediate use and does not need to be diluted or otherwise adjusted. The neutral pH 7 buffer is used as the first and basic calibration point for most devices, followed by calibration in the acidic or alkaline range. The solution is supplied in a practical white plastic bottle with a volume of 50 ml with a screw cap that protects the contents from contamination and evaporation. The calibration liquid is suitable for setting and checking pH meters used in aquaristics, hydroponics, pool maintenance, laboratories and for regular home water testing.

The calibration procedure is simple and can be handled by even less experienced users. First, rinse the pH meter electrode two to three times with distilled water to ensure no residues from the previous sample remain, then immerse it in the calibration solution and adjust the value on the device to match the buffer value. If calibrating at a temperature other than 25 °C, refer to the value indicated in the temperature table on the bottle label, which makes the device setting more accurate. Regular calibration helps maintain measurement reliability and timely detect any deviations of the electrode, which is especially important in aquariums, hydroponic systems and pool water, where pH values are monitored regularly. When selecting calibration liquid, always consider the type of electrode and pH meter you are using, and carefully close the bottle after use.
