Allow the wet rope to dry freely after use and store it coiled in a bundle in a dry place. Before each use, check that the sheath is not frayed, and cut away any damaged sections. Store the rope away from sharp edges and hot objects that could damage the sheath. When left outside for an extended period, such as for a laundry line or tarpaulin anchoring, regularly check the tension, knot strength, and condition of the sheath in areas where the rope rubs against branches, pegs, or metal parts.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
