The paracord cord, measuring 15 m, provides ample material for larger creative projects as well as practical use on the go. The 3 mm diameter makes the cord flexible and suitable for weaving finer patterns that cannot be made as neatly with thicker rope. The braided surface with a finish is smooth, and knots hold well on it. The round profile ensures a uniform appearance of finished products without unnecessary kinks. We recommend sealing the ends of the cord after cutting above a flame to prevent fraying and to make it easy to thread through a clip, bead, or loop. Store it coiled in a dry place and out of direct sunlight between projects. A slightly soiled cord can simply be washed in lukewarm water and left to air dry. Before further weaving, just straighten and re-coil it.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
