A pair of rubber heel protectors is designed for footwear size 36–37 and helps save shoes whose soles are starting to wear down at the heel. Each protector measures 6.7 x 6.3 cm and creates a new layer on the heel that takes the wear instead of the original sole. The raised non-slip pattern improves grip when walking on smooth or wet surfaces. The patches are applied directly to the sole, allowing you to carry out the repair at home without visiting a cobbler. The material of the protectors is rubber, which is highly resistant to abrasion and also absorbs shocks upon impact. The underside features double-sided adhesive tape, which holds the protector in place as soon as the protective film is removed. For a stronger bond, the package includes two sachets of adhesion activator and two tubes of glue to secure the edges after application. The protectors are adhered to the back part of the sole, which is where shoes wear out the most when walking. Before applying, thoroughly clean the sole and treat it with the adhesion activator from the sachet. Then peel off the protective film, position the protector on the heel, adjust its placement, and press it firmly for about 2 minutes. Finally, apply glue around the entire edge of the joint and leave the footwear undisturbed for 48 hours before further wear to allow the glue to cure completely.
