The open wireless headphones are designed for athletes who want to listen to music while being aware of their surroundings. The speakers do not insert into the ear canal but rest just in front of the ear, keeping the ears free even during longer training sessions. Sound travels to the ear via air conduction, with the speaker directing it straight into the ear canal. The headband runs behind the head, and hooks behind the ears keep the headphones in place while running, cycling, walking, or exercising in the gym. The headphones connect wirelessly to your phone via Bluetooth and operate at a distance of up to 10 m, allowing your phone to stay in your pocket, waist bag, or on a stand.
For phone calls, there is a built-in microphone with ENC functionality, which reduces background noise during calls to ensure the other party hears you more clearly. The headphones feature three buttons on the body: a multifunction button and two volume buttons. A short press of the multifunction button plays or pauses music and answers or ends a call, while a double press rejects an incoming call and holding it for 2 seconds activates voice control on the phone. A longer press of the volume buttons skips to the previous or next track, and a short press adjusts the volume. The headphones turn on and off by holding the multifunction button for 3 seconds. The battery lasts for up to 8 hours of listening and charges via the USB-C connector in approximately 2 hours.

After each training session, wipe the headphones with a soft dry cloth, especially in areas that touch the skin and where sweat accumulates. Before charging, ensure that the USB-C connector is dry and clean. If you do not use the headphones for an extended period, charge them at least once every few weeks to prevent the battery from fully discharging. Store them in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources, avoid bending the headband unnecessarily, and do not crush them in an overcrowded bag.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
