Place the hourglass on a flat and stable surface and protect it from direct sunlight, such as on a windowsill in summer. The ambient temperature should be between 0 and 50 °C, so do not leave it in freezing conditions or in a hot car. If any liquid comes into contact with skin, wash the affected area with soap and water. If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
