The round NFC sticker for Google reviews helps customers quickly rate your establishment without searching for a link or typing in an address. Simply hold an NFC-enabled smartphone to the marked spot, and the page you pre-save will open on the phone. Inside is a NTAG215 chip operating at a frequency of 13.56 MHz according to ISO 14443 Type A standards. The sticker has a diameter of 10 cm, making it easily visible on a counter, at the checkout, on a table, or on doors. The print features the Google logo, five stars, a phone icon, and the phrases Tap here and Review Us On, clearly indicating where the customer should place their phone.
The sticker is made of PVC and is waterproof and resistant to acids and alkalis according to specifications. The stated operating temperature range is from -40 °C to +85 °C. The surface is protected by a film upon delivery, which should be removed before use. You can upload the review link to the chip yourself using an NFC-enabled phone and an NFC writing app, such as NFC Tools for Android or iOS. In your Google business profile, open the section for obtaining additional reviews on the homepage, select the option to share the review form, and copy the displayed link. You then write this link in the app as a web address and hold your phone to the sticker. From that moment on, customers just need to place their phone nearby, and the rating form will open automatically.

Before sticking, clean and degrease the surface and press the sticker down firmly. Place it where customers naturally stop and can easily reach it with their phone. You can later overwrite the link in the chip if you change profiles or want to direct customers elsewhere. The sticker can simply be wiped with a damp cloth.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
