To prepare a photograph for the locket, simply trace the outline of the inner part of the heart onto paper, cut out the template, and use it to resize and trim the photo. Open the locket carefully with your nail at the joint, and only insert the photo into a dry locket. Remove the jewellery before showering, swimming, and exercising, protect it from perfumes and cosmetics, and store it in a pouch or box separately from other jewellery. For cleaning, a soft dry cloth is sufficient.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
