The open ring on the lobster clasp can be opened with flat pliers, placed on the loop of the jewellery clasp, and then firmly squeezed again. Always open the ring sideways, not by stretching it wide, to maintain its round shape. Store jewellery with extension chains separately to prevent the chains from tangling and scratching, and clean them with a soft dry cloth. It is advisable to remove jewellery before bathing and exercising.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
