Extension chains with a clasp and round plate at the end are a handy helper for anyone needing to add a few centimetres to a necklace, bracelet, or anklet. To attach, simply use flat pliers: carefully twist the open ring at the clasp to the side, thread it onto the loop of the fastening, and squeeze the ring again to eliminate any gap. Never stretch the ring wide, as it would become deformed. Store chains and finished jewellery separately in a bag or jewellery box and wipe them with a soft cloth. It is better to remove jewellery when swimming or exercising.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
