The Naturehike EXT1 telescopic trekking pole is a reliable support for hiking, trekking, and nature walks. All three sections are made of carbon 3K, making the pole sturdy yet very lightweight. You can adjust the length within the range of 57–120 cm using the external quick-release lock, adapting it to flat terrain, ascents, and descents. When folded, the pole measures 57 cm, making it easy to attach to your backpack or store in your boot. The manufacturer recommends this medium length for individuals approximately 150–170 cm tall.

The hardened tungsten steel tip provides excellent grip on rocks, gravel, and icy trails. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
