The Naturehike EXT1 telescopic trekking pole is designed for hiking, mountain trips, and walks in nature. All three sections are made of carbon 3K, making the pole sturdy yet pleasantly lightweight. You can adjust the length smoothly within the range of 51–100 cm using the external quick-release lock. When folded, it measures only 51 cm and easily fits into a backpack, on its side, or in the boot of a car. This shortest version is particularly suitable for users of smaller stature, and the manufacturer recommends it for a height of around 150 cm.
The handle made of soft EVA foam fits comfortably in the palm, wicks away sweat, and provides a secure grip even in damp conditions. The adjustable wrist strap helps transfer force to the pole and relieves the hands during longer ascents. The pole weighs approximately 149 g, so you can carry it all day without unnecessary burden. The nylon locks are operated with a single lever, and you can adjust their pressure with a screw. The tube features a clear scale for quickly setting the same length again.

The tip made of hardened tungsten steel holds well on rock, gravel, and frozen paths. For asphalt or stone pavements, attach the rubber tip cover, which absorbs shocks and protects the surface. The mud plate prevents the pole from sinking into soft terrain, while the larger snow plate is suitable for deep snow. The plates can be easily swapped depending on conditions. Before each use, check that all locks are securely closed, and do not extend the pole beyond the maximum length mark. After a walk in mud or rain, disassemble the sections, wipe them down, and allow them to air dry.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
