The N15 handheld mini fan is a compact fan for hot summer days that fits in your pocket, handbag, or backpack. It is powered by a built-in rechargeable 1800 mAh 18650 battery, so you do not need any disposable batteries or a nearby socket. You can choose the airflow speed in five levels, from a gentle breeze to a strong airflow. The current level and battery status are displayed clearly on the LED display directly on the handle. The fan can be used at home, in the office, on the train, during a walk, or on holiday.
Thanks to its foldable design, the fan can be used in three ways. You can hold it in your hand, hang it around your neck with a strap to keep your hands free, or place it in a removable stand on a table. The fan head can tilt up to 90 degrees to direct the airflow exactly where you need it. The front grille of the fan can be removed by turning it, and the blades can be taken out for easy cleaning from dust. Do not wash the fan body with water; simply wipe it with a dry or slightly damp cloth. There is also a small hole in the body for a fragrance tablet, where you can add your favourite essential oil, and the airflow will pleasantly scent the surroundings. Before first use, fully charge the fan via the USB-C port using a standard charger, power bank, or computer.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
