Before installation, wipe the wall area dry and remove the protective film from the suction cup. Press the holder against the surface, expel the air, and secure it by turning the lock. If you want to relocate the holder, release the lock and carefully detach the suction cup. There will be no holes or adhesive residues left on the surface, and you can reuse the holder elsewhere.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
