The MJ-TECH M14 thermal paste kit contains a syringe with 8 g of paste, a spreading spatula, and a bottle of silicone paste cleaner. The thermal conductivity of 14.8 W/m.K helps to quickly dissipate heat from the processor or graphics chip to the cooler, even under prolonged load. Eight grams of paste is a sufficient supply for regular maintenance of several computers in a household or small office. The paste fills microscopic irregularities in the contact surfaces and pushes out air. The cleaner removes old hardened paste, ensuring the new layer makes direct contact with the metal.
According to the manufacturer, the M14 paste has a thermal resistance of 0.03 °C·cm²/W and a density of 2.6 g/cm³. The electrically insulating composition with an insulation strength of at least 8 kV/mm protects against short circuits if a small amount of paste escapes beyond the chip area. The paste can withstand operating temperatures from -50 to 200 °C, even on graphics cards during demanding gaming or rendering. The grey paste spreads easily and forms a thin continuous layer. It can be used on desktop setups, laptops, gaming consoles PS5, servers, and 5G chips.

Before replacing, switch off the device, disconnect the power supply, and carefully remove the cooler. Wipe off coarse residues of old paste with a tissue, then apply the cleaner to a cloth and thoroughly wipe both surfaces. Squeeze a small amount of paste from the syringe onto the centre of the processor and spread it evenly to a thickness of about 0.1 mm using the spatula. A thicker layer does not improve heat transfer, so use the paste sparingly. After use, close the syringe with the cap and store it along with the cleaner in a dry place.
