The MJ-TECH M14 thermal paste in a 30 g tub is the largest packaging in the M14 range, complemented by a silicone paste cleaner and spatula. The thermal conductivity of 14.8 W/m.K effectively transfers heat from the processor or graphics chip to the cooler even under heavy load. The paste is scooped directly from the tub with the spatula, allowing you to easily estimate the amount needed for both small and large chips. The 5 g cleaner bottle with a dosing tip removes old dried paste from contact surfaces. This kit is designed for frequent paste changes and for working on multiple devices.
According to the manufacturer, the M14 paste has a thermal resistance of 0.03 °C·cm²/W and a density of 2.6 g/cm³. Its electrically insulating composition with an insulation strength of at least 8 kV/mm means that a small amount of paste next to the chip will not cause a short circuit. Before applying, wipe off any remnants of old paste from both the chip and the cooler base. Apply a small amount of cleaner to a clean cloth and wipe both surfaces until they are dry and free of grease. Scoop a small amount of paste from the tub with the spatula, place it in the centre of the chip, and spread it in an even layer of about 0.1 mm. Carefully close the tub with the lid after each use to prevent the paste from drying out, and store it in a dry and cool place. Wipe the spatula after use and store it with the cleaner next to the tub.
