Overview
MJ-TECH M12 Thermal Paste 4 g Thermal Conductivity 12.4 W/m.K Syringe and Spreader Electrically Non-Conductive For Processor Graphics and PS5

The MJ-TECH M12 thermal paste in a 4 g package is designed to fill the gap between the chip and the cooler, where insulating air would otherwise remain. With a thermal conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K, it improves heat transfer from the processor or graphics chip to the cooler. The amount in the syringe is sufficient for several replacements, making it useful for maintaining multiple computers or for repeatedly removing the cooler. The syringe allows for precise dosing, and the remaining paste stays sealed for future use. The thermal paste is suitable for desktop setups, laptops, and PS5 gaming consoles.

According to the manufacturer's technical specifications, the paste has a thermal resistance of 0.05 °C·cm²/W, a density of 3.0 g/cm³, and a viscosity of 350 Pa·s. Its thicker consistency spreads well with the spreader, creating a continuous layer. The paste is electrically non-conductive with an insulation strength of 10 kV/mm, making it safer to work near components on the motherboard or graphics card. The manufacturer indicates testing with processors up to TDP 150 W, which covers most common desktop and mobile processors. The paste can also be used on graphics chips and other components that are cooled by passive or active coolers.

  • Contents – syringe with 4 g of M12 thermal paste and spreader for application

Remove the old paste from both the processor and the base of the cooler, and thoroughly clean both surfaces. Squeeze a small amount of paste into the centre of the chip and use the included spreader to spread it in a thin layer, ideally around 0.1 mm according to the manufacturer. Wipe away any excess paste from the edges to prevent it from getting onto surrounding components. After use, close the syringe with the cap and store it in a dry place. This way, you have the paste readily available for the next replacement without waiting for a new package.

The MJ-TECH M12 4 g thermal paste is a practical choice for anyone who takes care of their computer cooling themselves. With a thermal conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K and an electrically non-conductive composition, it makes for a versatile paste for processors, graphics cards, and consoles. The 4 g packaging is sufficient for several applications, and the included spreader aids in even distribution. Regular replacement of dried paste helps keep temperatures under control. It is suitable for both home maintenance and occasional repairs of family computers and laptops.
