Overview
MJ-TECH M12 Thermal Paste 30 g in Tub Heat Conductivity 12.4 W/m.K with Spatula Electrically Insulating for CPU GPU and Laptop Servicing

The MJ-TECH M12 thermal paste in a practical tub with 30 g of paste is the largest packaging in this range and is suitable for frequent paste changes across multiple devices. The thermal conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K effectively transfers heat from the processor or graphics chip to the cooler. The paste fills small irregularities between both surfaces, preventing air gaps from blocking heat transfer. The wide neck of the tub allows for easy application directly with the spatula. It is applicable for desktop computers, laptops, gaming consoles, and other electronics.

According to the manufacturer, the M12 series paste has a thermal resistance of 0.05 °C·cm²/W, a density of 3.0 g/cm³, and a viscosity of 350 Pa·s. Its thicker consistency spreads well and stays in place even on vertical surfaces, preventing it from dripping off the chip. An insulation strength of 10 kV/mm means that the paste is electrically insulating, so a small amount outside the chip will not cause a short circuit. The manufacturer has tested the paste with processors up to a TDP of 150 W, making it suitable for office setups, laptops, and mid-range gaming PCs. Computer services, corporate IT managers, schools, and enthusiasts who maintain multiple devices at once will appreciate the large packaging.

  • Thermal Resistance – 0.05 °C·cm²/W
  • Density – 3.0 g/cm³
  • Viscosity – 350 Pa·s
  • Insulation Strength – 10 kV/mm
  • Tested CPU TDP – 0 to 150 W
  • Amount of Paste – 30 g
  • Packaging – tub with screw cap
  • Usage – CPU processors and GPU graphics chips in desktop computers and laptops, PS5 gaming consoles, servicing and building computers
  • Contents of Packaging – tub with 30 g of M12 thermal paste and spatula for spreading

Before application, remove any residue of old paste from both the processor and the base of the cooler and clean both surfaces. Use the spatula to take a small amount of paste, apply it to the centre of the chip, and spread it in a thin, even layer, ideally around 0.1 mm according to the manufacturer. A thicker layer will not improve heat transfer. After each use, carefully close the tub with the lid and store it in a cool, dry place to prevent the paste from drying out. Wipe the spatula after use so that it can be reused.

The MJ-TECH M12 thermal paste 30 g in tub is a cost-effective choice for anyone who regularly changes paste or works with multiple computers. It offers thermal conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K, an electrically insulating composition, and a thick consistency that is easy to work with. The included spatula facilitates even spreading without the need for additional tools. One tub is sufficient for the maintenance of many processors and graphics cards. Regularly replacing dried paste will keep the cooling of all devices in good condition.
