Overview
MJ-TECH M12 Thermal Conductive Paste 1 g in Syringe Thermal Conductivity 12.4 W/m.K With Spatula Electrically Insulating For CPU GPU and Laptops

The MJ-TECH M12 thermal conductive paste in small packaging 1 g fills microscopic irregularities between the surface of the processor or graphics chip and the base of the cooler. With a thermal conductivity of 12.4 W/m.K, it helps transfer heat from the chip to the cooler more quickly, maintaining lower operating temperatures. This amount is practical for a one-time application of paste on a single processor or graphics card. The paste comes in a syringe, allowing you to apply it precisely where it is needed, ensuring nothing goes to waste. It is applicable in desktop computers, laptops, gaming consoles, and other electronics where heat dissipation needs to be improved.

The M12 series paste has a thermal resistance of 0.05 °C·cm²/W and a density of 3.0 g/cm³ according to the manufacturer. A viscosity of 350 Pa·s gives it a thicker consistency, making it easy to work with using the included spatula. An insulating strength of 10 kV/mm means that the paste is electrically insulating, reducing the risk of short circuits if a small amount escapes beyond the chip area. The manufacturer has tested it with processors up to a TDP of 150 W, making it suitable for standard office setups, laptops, and mid-range gaming computers. The paste is also suitable when replacing a cooler or cleaning a laptop from dust, where the original paste has dried out and lost its heat dissipation capability.

  • Brand and Model – MJ-TECH M12
  • Type – thermal conductive paste for cooling chips
  • Thermal Conductivity – 12.4 W/m.K
  • Thermal Resistance – 0.05 °C·cm²/W
  • Density – 3.0 g/cm³
  • Viscosity – 350 Pa·s
  • Insulating Strength – 10 kV/mm
  • Tested CPU TDP – 0 to 150 W
  • Amount of Paste – 1 g
  • Packaging – syringe for precise dosing
  • Usage – CPU processors and GPU graphics chips in desktop computers and laptops, gaming console PS5, gaming PCs
  • Contents – syringe with 1 g of M12 thermal conductive paste and a spreading spatula

Before applying, remove any residue of old paste from the contact surface of both the processor and cooler and clean both surfaces. Apply a small amount of paste to the centre of the chip and spread it evenly in a thin layer using the spatula. The optimal thickness of the layer is approximately 0.1 mm according to the manufacturer. A layer that is too thick will not improve heat transfer, so it is better to apply sparingly. Then attach the cooler and tighten it evenly according to the cooler's instructions. With each subsequent removal of the cooler, it is advisable to apply a new layer of paste.

The MJ-TECH M12 1 g thermal conductive paste is suitable for one-time maintenance of CPU or graphics card cooling. It combines good thermal conductivity with electrically insulating properties and convenient dispensing from the syringe. The included spatula makes it easy to spread evenly without additional tools. Replacing dried paste helps maintain the cooling of a computer or laptop in good condition. You will appreciate the small packaging for occasional replacements when you do not want to buy an unnecessarily large quantity.
