The mini digital calliper is a practical pocket tool for anyone who needs to quickly and accurately measure small parts. The measuring range 0–50 mm covers screws, nuts, washers, bearings, wires, tubes, and small components from modelling or electronics. The value is displayed on a large LCD screen with a resolution of 0.01 mm, making readings quick and without disputes over scale divisions. The total length of the calliper is just 120 mm, allowing it to fit in the palm of your hand, in the pocket of work clothing, or in a small toolbox. The ruler and jaws are made of hardened stainless steel 4Cr13, which resists wear and corrosion and maintains the precise shape of the measuring surfaces over time. The electronic unit with display is housed in a metal casing that protects it during regular use in the workshop. The outer jaws have a length of 31 mm, and the upper jaws for internal measurements are 18 mm. The movement of the slider is facilitated by a knurled thumb wheel, and the set position can be secured with a locking screw. In addition to the digital readout, the ruler features a millimetre scale for quick reference.

To turn on the calliper, press the ON button and use the ZERO button to reset the display at any jaw position, allowing you to easily compare differences between two parts or measure from a chosen starting value. Use the IN/MM button to switch the display between millimetres and inches. After use, turn off the calliper with the OFF button, wipe the measuring surfaces with a dry cloth, and store them in a dry place. If the calliper is not used for an extended period, it is advisable to remove the battery from the battery compartment under the metal cover.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
