The bookmark in the shape of a maple leaf is a small accessory that transforms a book in progress into a little decoration. The thin perforated metal needs to be protected from bending and crushing, so insert the bookmark into the book loosely and do not press on it. When inserting, do not wrap the chain around the leaf to avoid tangling. When not in the book, store it flat, preferably in an envelope or box. Wipe the surface with a dry soft cloth without cleaning agents. When placing the book in a bag or backpack, be careful that the chain does not get pinched between the covers and snag on a zip or other items. - We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
